Our contact form and WhatsApp enquiries pass the information you type directly to us. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. This is used for security and to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, produce and deliver your order, keep records of transactions, and contact you about your order. If you agree, we may occasionally send you news about our work. You can opt out at any time.
Photographs and personal content
If you send us photographs, handwriting or personal messages for engraving, we use them only to produce your order. We keep them only as long as needed for the order and any reasonable follow-up, and we do not share them with anyone outside our studio.
